The interpretation of the interaction effect between self-reported prison and age (see
Table 6) provided in the text is incorrect. The interaction reveals that younger inmates
provide more accurate accounts of their past than older inmates. The text discussion of the
practical significance of the effect is accurate—at all ages there is a strong relationship
between self-reported prison and ODRC prison terms. -

The present study explored whether there were
relationships among gender nonconformity, intelligence, and
sexual orientation. A total of 106 heterosexual men, 115 heterosexual women, and 103 gay men completed measures of demographic variables, recalled childhood gender nonconformity
(CGN), and the National Adult Reading Test (NART).

employees’ job performance, though increasing evidence
suggests conflicting viewpoints. This study adopts an
agency theoretical perspective to propose a workload
mechanism, according to which the delegation of power
from supervisors (principals) to service employees (agents)
(i.e., servicing empowerment) is costly to employees. -

The rate and correlates of diagnosed pathological gambling (PG) among mental
health patients in the Veterans Health Administration, the only national system of mental
health care, have not been studied. Using fiscal year 2009 (FY2009) VA administrative
data, a case–control study compared those with an ICD code of 312.31 (PG) versus those

Research on affect regulation has blossomed in recent years. However, the
lack of validated scales assessing individual differences in the use of strategies to
achieve alternative types of affect regulation, e.g., the regulation of others’ affect and
the worsening of affect, has hampered research on these important processes. This
paper presents the development and validation of a brief new measure of individual
differences.
