Librarian Educational Staff Certification Assessment Activity

Medan, Thursday (11/07/2024). USU Library in collaboration with the National Library of Indonesia Librarian Professional Certification Institute (LSP) has carried out the Librarian Education Personnel Certification Assessment activity. The activity was carried out for 2 (two) days from 11 – 12 July 2024, which was located at the USU Library, 1st Floor of the Library Building.

The Librarian Competency Certification event began with remarks by the Head of the USU Library, Mrs. Laila Hadri Nasution, S.Sos, M.P., and by the National Library of Indonesia Assessor Team, Mrs. Dr. Dra. Opong Sumiati, M.Sc. and the Secretary of the University of North Sumatra, Mr. Prof. Dr. dr. Muhammad Fidel Ganis Siregar, M. Ked. (OG), Sp. OG(K)-Fer.

This Competency Certification activity was attended by 12 participants, with the selected clusters being the Basic Library Services Cluster, the Library Collection Development Implementation Cluster, and the Library Service Promotion Implementation Cluster.
