Study Area and Meeting Room Services
The Gade Creative Lounge Service provides a co-working space area for users who wish to study together, hold discussions, relax, and enjoy a comfortable atmosphere. There are three public computer units available for students to conduct information searches, a Wi-Fi area, as well as chess and table soccer games for student recreation. The University Library provides the Individual Study Room (RUBELIN) Service for lecturers, researchers, and postgraduate students who require a quiet, soundproof study environment so that they are not disturbed by other users. There are five (5) rooms available, located on the first floor in the Reference and Information Literacy Service Room for Lecturers and Postgraduate Students. This service is very useful, comfortable, and attractive for users who intend to access information, write final projects, conduct research, or participate in online learning activities. To use the Individual Study Room (RUBELIN), a reservation must be made in advance.
To use the Meeting/Discussion Room, a reservation must be made in advance, or users may contact the library while adhering to the applicable terms and conditions.

On the first floor of the University Library, there is a Conference Room Service that can be used by users as a classroom, for small events, seminars, training sessions, and other activities, with a maximum capacity of seventy (70) people. To use this room, users may contact the library while adhering to the applicable terms and conditions.
