Isra Miraj is a very important and extraordinary event experienced by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Prophet Muhammad SAW made a one-night trip from the Grand Mosque to the Aqsa Mosque, then to Sidratul Muntaha to meet Allah SWT directly to receive the command to carry out prayers.

Isra Miraj is celebrated every 27 Rajab on the Hijri calendar. This year it falls on Thursday, February 8 2024 or 27 Rajab 1445 H. Hopefully this commemoration of Isra Miraj 1445 H can strengthen our practice in carrying out the obligation to pray five times a day.
