Today, we celebrate Pancasila Day, which falls on June 1, 2025. As the foundational ideology of Indonesia, Pancasila has served as the guiding values and principles of life for the nation since 1945. Consisting of five principles, Pancasila teaches us the importance of preserving unity, tolerance, and solidarity amidst diversity.
With the spirit of “Bhinneka Tunggal Ika” (Unity in Diversity), let us celebrate Pancasila Day as a reminder of the significance of unity and diversity. May every step we take toward nation-building continue to be rooted in the values of Pancasila, both in academic settings and in the wider community, as the foundation of Indonesia’s strength and harmony.
As a center of knowledge and inspiration, USU Library invites all #SobatUSULib to keep learning and understanding the meaning of Pancasila through the literature resources we provide.
Happy Pancasila Day!
