The event featured inspiring remarks from the Head of the Library, Laila Hadri Nasution, M.P., and the former Head of USU Library for the 2015–2021 period, Prof. Dr. Jonner Hasugian, M.Si., who encouraged everyone to continue working in synergy to build an inclusive literacy culture. This was followed by a speech representing the USU Library staff, sharing experiences during their time working at the library. The program continued with moments of togetherness in a warm atmosphere, filled with laughter and delicious food that added to the joy of the event.

We believe that Halal Bi Halal is not merely a tradition, but an important step toward building a harmonious and productive work environment. Every smile, handshake, and word of forgiveness exchanged became a positive energy for all of us to keep contributing wholeheartedly to our library users.
