In his speech, Zulkifli, M.Pd., a lecturer representing the IAIN Imam Bonjol group said that this visit was one of the Professional Practice activities aimed at providing knowledge and insight into the field of work of Librarians in real terms at the USU Library. Meanwhile, Murniaty appreciated this visit and hoped that the relationship that had been established could improve in the future in the form of cooperation with a spirit of mutual development between the two institutions.
Before parting, Murniaty motivated students not to worry about the future of Librarians considering that currently, the number of Librarians is very small compared to the number of libraries in Indonesia, both school libraries, university libraries, and libraries managed by local governments. So from this side alone, job opportunities for librarians are very wide open.
