The visit was received directly by the Deputy Head of the USU Library, namely Drs. Syakirin Pangaribuan SH., accompanied by the Head of the Administration Sub-Division Rasiman, S.Sos., along with several Librarians.
The groups from Labuhanbatu Library and Archives Service was then hosted in the first-floor meeting room located in the Reference and Information Literacy Service room. At this moment, the USU Library explained the achievements of the USU Library in carrying out its vision and mission.
The meeting was continued with a Library Tour, the purpose of which was to see in real terms the achievements that had been made by the USU Library so that later the Labuhanbatu Library and Archives Service would have a reference in improving its services to the community.
At the end of the meeting, the USU Library gave a souvenir in the form of a plaque and souvenirs to the Head of the Labuhanbatu Regency Library and Archives Service, which was reciprocated by giving two copies of a book entitled Pulau Sikantan. The event ended with a group photo.
