In this video, we share information about the Circulation Services at the USU Library. #SobatUSULib likely use this service often. Circulation Services at USU Library include Borrowing, Returning, and Renewal Services.

Circulation Rules:

  • Loan period: Standard books = 7 days; KPS books = 2 days (renewable if needed)
  • Maximum books: 10 copies (7 standard books + 3 KPS books)
  • Late fines: Standard books Rp300/day; KPS books Rp600/day
  • Lost books: Report immediately to library staff for resolution

Tips:

  • Keep track of return dates to avoid fines
  • Book renewals can be done via WhatsApp at 0812-6215-8587\
  • Circulation services are available at both the main campus library and faculty branch libraries
