Before officially graduating with a bachelor’s degree, make sure you have completed all campus requirements, including those at the library. One of them is obtaining the SKBP (Library Clearance Letter).

The SKBP is important because it serves as proof that you have returned all borrowed books and have no outstanding fines. So, how do you get an SKBP? It’s easy! Just make sure you have uploaded your final project to the USU Repository (see tutorial here: https://library.usu.ac.id/tutorial-unggah-mandiri-karya-akhir-mahasiswa/). After that, visit the membership section on the 2nd floor of the USU Library Building, or you can contact us via WhatsApp at 0813-6215-8587.

Once you have your SKBP, you can still enjoy library facilities by registering as a guest member! So, even after graduation, you can continue learning and developing yourself at the USU Library.
