In today’s ever-evolving digital era, professional skills are the key to staying relevant and effective in carrying out duties. With the spirit of “Transformation Towards the Ultimate,” Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Library once again held a training program for its library staff.

The training took place on June 10, 17, and 24, 2025, with the aim of enhancing technical competencies and library service management, ensuring that staff acquire skills aligned with international standards, improving efficiency and service quality, and fostering new innovations in information resource management.
