Qims Intrasindo as a Consultant who will assist USU Library in obtaining the certification appointed Ms. Riski Melati, S.Sos., and was accompanied by Putri Fauziatul Husna, S.Psi. This training itself is a must for every organization that will implement ISO 9001: 2015 certified Quality Management. Because in the clause listed, an organization must conduct an Internal Quality Audit conducted by an Auditor who has been trained by applicable regulations. The summary of the material in the activity consists of Understanding Internal Quality Audit, Internal Quality Audit Process, Duties and Responsibilities, and Auditor Qualifications, and the last material is Audit Simulation.
The activity was quite interesting, the participants were also quite enthusiastic in participating in the training. This can be seen during the question and answer session which was well utilized by the participants. On the second day before ending the activity, the Trainer gave a Quiz which aims to see the participants’ understanding in receiving all the material provided.
