USU Library Holds Certificate Awarding Ceremony for Staff Skill Upgrade – Batch II

Medan, 03/06/2025 – USU Library once again held the Certificate Awarding Ceremony for the Staff Skill Upgrade Program – Batch II, an important milestone in the effort to enhance the competencies of library staff. The event began with an opening speech by Mrs. Laila Hadri Nasution, S.Sos., M.P., Head of USU Library, followed by the certificate presentation to participants in recognition of their dedication and hard work in completing the training program.

This training was organized as part of the initiative to improve the professional skills of library staff through a structured and systematic learning approach. In addition, it aimed to enrich their knowledge and capabilities in providing modern, effective library services tailored to the needs of the academic community.

The certificates awarded today are not only a symbol of individual achievement but also a significant step in driving improvements in library services that are more innovative, relevant, and sustainable. This success does not solely belong to the library staff but also reflects the USU Library’s broader commitment to creating an inclusive, dynamic learning ecosystem that supports literacy development in Indonesian education.
