USU Library Holds Training on Employee Performance Target Setting

MEDAN – The University of Sumatra Utara Library held a Socialization of PP No. 46 of 2011 concerning the Assessment of Civil Servant Work Performance (PPK-PNS) on Monday (11/11). The socialization aimed at all employees with PNS status was opened by the Deputy Head of the USU Library Drs. Jonner Hasugian, M.Si., accompanied by the Head of the Library Administration Division & USU Information System Center Drs. Muktar.

This socialization was carried out to prepare Employee Performance Targets (SKP) which will later be used as a replacement for the Work Implementation Assessment List (DP3) that has been in effect so far. This SKP will be implemented in the 2015 Budget Year.

The training which was held in the Conference Room on the 1st floor of the USU Library building was guided by the Head of Sub-Division of Administration Rasiman, S.Sos., assisted by the Heads of Divisions who oversee their respective fields.
