USU Library Receives a Visit from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan

MEDAN — The University of Sumatra Utara (USU) Library received a visit from the University of Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) for a comparative study and to share experiences in managing libraries at their respective universities, on Monday (26/2).

The delegation from UMK is as follows:
1. En. Azman bin Hashim, Chief Librarian
2. En. Mansor bin Che Din @ noordin, Chief Information Technology Officer, Computer and Informatics Center
3. En. Razman Hafifi bin Redzuan, Deputy Director of ISME, along with a number of employees who participated in the group.

Meanwhile, the visit was received by the Deputy Head of the Library Drs. Syakirin Pangaribuan SH and accompanied by the Head of Collection Management & Branch Library Murniaty S.Sos.

A question and answer session took place during the visit. A friendly atmosphere was seen interspersed with light jokes from both parties.

The visit lasted about half an hour, ending at 04.30 PM, and ended with a group photo.
