The workshop was held to minimize errors that occur in terms of public relations and protocol in USU work units. “Currently, there are 15 work units, 1 postgraduate program, 6 bureaus, and institutions/units and hospitals at the University of North Sumatra. Each work unit is currently increasingly carrying out ceremonial leadership activities. In carrying out these activities, they still do not have public relations and protocol standards. Therefore, a workshop was created to minimize errors in each work unit at USU. So, USU must refer to the public relations and protocol standards in the ministry because USU is part of the Kemenristekdikti work unit,” said USU Public Relations Elvi Sumanti, ST, M Hum. The workshop presented speakers from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, including Yayad Hendayana (Head of Public Communications, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education) and Doddy Zulkifli Indra Atmaja (Head of Publication and News Sub-dept., Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.
