USU Library Conducts Development Planning Forum (Musrenbang) for Academic Year 2020

MEDAN – The University of Sumatra Utara Library on July 3, 2019, held a Development Planning Deliberation abbreviated as Musrenbang for the 2020 Fiscal Year in the Conference Room on the First Floor of the USU Library. The activity took place starting at 09.00 AM.

The Head of the USU Library Jonner Hasugian in his speech said that Musrenbang is a mandate of Law Number 25 of 2004 concerning the National Development Planning System, which is stated in Chapter 1 in Article 1.

To the participants consisting of the Head of Division along with the Head of Sub-Division and the Head of Affairs, Jonner Hasugian conveyed the importance of structured planning so that the desired development achievements can be organized properly.

Also present at the activity was the Deputy Head of the USU Library Syakirin Pangaribuan and the Head of the Administration Sub-Division Rasiman.

The Musrenbang activity lasted until the afternoon and went smoothly. Each Head of Division along with the Head of Sub-Division and Head of Affairs took turns presenting the plans to be carried out in 2020. On that occasion, a question and answer session was also held, ideas were conveyed, and constructive criticism was also provided.
