USU Library Goes More Digital, More Efficient!

We would like to share important news with #SobatUSULib regarding changes in the fine payment policy for overdue book returns at USU Library.

Starting August 1, 2025, fine payments will be carried out electronically via QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) in collaboration with Bank BNI. Payments through QRIS can be made using various e-wallet and mobile banking applications that support the system.

Along with the implementation of this digital system, discounts or reductions for overdue fines for the academic community will no longer apply, effective August 1, 2025. This policy has been introduced to:

  • Simplify administrative processes
  • Ensure transparency
  • Encourage user discipline
  • Improve management efficiency

We invite the entire academic community to understand and adapt to this policy for the sake of shared progress in realizing a more modern, responsive, and professional library service.
