Two USU Students Win 3 Gold Medals at International Innovation Event in Russia
MEDAN – USU PUBLIC RELATIONS: Two students from the University of Sumatra Utara (USU) won 3 gold medals and 1 special trophy in the 22nd Moscow International Salon of Inventions and Innovative Technologies Archimedes in Moscow, Russia, which took place on March 26-29, 2019. Those who brought glory to Indonesia’s name in the Land of the Red Bear were Winelda Mahfud Zaidan Haris from the Faculty of Dentistry, class of 2015, and Wahid Nurhayat from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, class of 2017. Both are members of the Schneider USU team, a community of outstanding students from several faculties at USU.

USU Public Relations Office Holds Workshop on Public Relations and Protocol

Tanjung Pinang Immigration Detention Center Conducts Comparative Study at USU Library
MEDAN – The First Immigration Analyst of the Tanjung Pinang Central Immigration Detention Center (Rudenim) Tondi Namora, S.S., visited the University of Sumatra Utara Library on Monday, March 25, 2019. Literacy Festival Workshop: Literature Searching and Plagiarism

USU Wins Overall Champion at the 2019 USU International Open Karate Championship
MEDAN – USU PUBLIC RELATIONS: The University of Sumatra Utara has won the overall championship at the 2019 USU International Open Karate Championship (USUIOKC) held at Pardede Hall Medan and the USU Student Arena from 22-24 February 2019. The title was won by a karateka who carried the name of USU in various classes competed. The USU team was able to appear dominant with a total of 18 gold medals, 2 silver, and 7 bronze medals from both men and women.
